Service Agreements
Sale Maintenance
For clients wishing to secure a particular service level for the maintenance of their equipment out of the standard or extended warranty Or clients who require a depth of support not otherwise stipulated by the terms of the guarantees or warranties.

The service under this category is executed by our Professional and Technical Services Division, with the assistance and support of our spare parts and maintenance products department.
Post Sale Training
Through its Technical and Professional Services Division, SAMISEC can make available its significant pool of expertise to interested clients, by agreeing on an ad-hoc or systematic training schedule with the aim of upgrading specific skill sets of the client's in-house personnel.

Similarly, in collaboration with the client, SAMISEC is able to institute a suitable assessment and selection programme, permitting each client to choose the most suitable candidates for the skill development agreement.

This, of course, ensures maximum return on investment for the client.
Combined Agreement
This is a hybrid agreement combining the best of both worlds.

Under this category, the client benefits from the maximum peace of mind possible as well as maximum return on investment, as all benefits from both maintenance and training agreements are merged in a master agreement.

Technical & Professional Services (TPS)
The SAMISEC-TPS is the SAMISEC arm dedicated to providing advisory and training services across various technical & functional spheres.

In close cooperation with our client, the TPS designs and delivers bespoke technical training and, together with our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Division, delivers pre-emptive and curative maintenance programmes.
Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO)
The MRO Division is the SAMISEC division directly responsible for the provision of all necessary replacement parts, systems and sub-systems.

We cover equipment supplied by SAMISEC, as well as by third-party entities, ensuring comprehensive maintenance support for industrial equipment and machinery.
